This was the only strickly Hentai OVA, that Mr Umetsu was involved in. Contrary to what some believe, he did not direct it. He was only responsible for the Character Design and Storyboards. That alone, distinguished this OVA, from any other in this series and is probably the only reason that makes Cool Devices worth seeing. At least, that's my opinion :)
