Mr Umetsu was invited, to revamp this series to the 90s. And he did it wonderfully. The characters are stylish, the animation is superb and even though the story is the same, it's a pleasure to watch, just because of the artwork. A must see for all Gatchaman fans and especially Umetsu fans :)
